Welcome to Big Air Jumpers Parks Information Page! The first question you may have is “can I set up an inflatable at my local park?” We get this question all the time! So to help you answer this question, we have developed the most comprehensive list of park contact information, and a thorough questionnaire for your call to your local parks and rec department. We will require you to fill out and return a similar questionnaire for all park deliveries. Please see bellow for details:

1. Does the park allow inflatables?

If yes, GREAT!

If not, does the park allow non-inflatable items such as dunk tanks, carnival games, rock walls, or similar pieces of equipment?

2. Does the park allow equipment to be setup on the grass?

If not, where do they allow setup of inflatables?

3. Does the park allow stakes to anchor the inflatables?

Stakes can range from 18” to 40” in length!

If not, unfortunately we are not able to set up inflatables at that park, as we require stakes to secure the units when we are setting up on soft surfaces like grass.

4. Does the park have a water supply for water slides and dunk tanks?

If so, will they also provide the hose to fill it?

And last but not least, is a key needed to access the water supply?

5. Does the park have a power source within 100 feet of where you want to place the inflatable?

If yes, will this power supply be turned on for access during your event?

If not, we have generators (additional cost, subject to availability) to supply the power needed for the inflatable(s). (For multiple units, we recommend renting a generator, as park circuits can cause power issues when trying to power more than one unit. No refunds are issued for insufficient power.)

6. Does the park require a reservation?

Park reservations and operation permits may generate fees, Big Air Jumpers does not cover any of these costs. Please keep in mind if you do not go through the proper channels to schedule your event with your local parks and rec department, a park ranger may shut your event down. Big Air Jumpers does not offer refunds in this case.

7. Does the park require a certificate of insurance from Big Air Jumpers to set up in the park?

Big Air Jumpers has got you covered! We are able to add the parks governing entity as an additional insured for a $10.00 processing fee if necessary.

If this is needed, please make sure to get the name and address that needs to be listed on the certificate (usually for the parks and rec department that governs any particular park).

Certificates will only be generated upon your expressed request.

We require 72 hours notice to generate any insurance certificates.

8. Is the setup area easily accessible (no hills, stairs, long distances, or other major obstacles in our path)?

If not, will the park allow Big Air Jumpers to drive vehicles to the set up location?

Access to your area is important for a safe installation. If the unit(s) needs to be dollied a long distance, or through major obstacles we may require a service fee if we are able to setup at all. Please call our office to discuss.
